A Little Pixie Dust: Tony Nominee Kerry Butler Debuts Her New Album

Bright-eyed beauty Kerry Butler put down the books and picked up a mic at the Lincoln Triangle Barnes and Noble May 15, celebrating the release of her new album, Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust. The newly minted Tony nominee (who scored a Best Actress in a Musical nod on May 13) sang a selection of sweet tunes from the CD, including familiar Disney classics and a few vaulted selections new to audiences. True to her lovable Xanadu counterpart Kira, Butler will donate a portion of proceeds from the sale of the album to World Vision, a charity which works to stomp our hunger and poverty in struggling nations.
