Broadway and Off Broadway Past Dating Tickets Policy

Dear Patron:

We regret you were unable to attend the theatre. As all tickets are purchased on a Final Sale Basis, there are no refunds or exchanges for a missed performance. Because the theatre understands your disappointment and the financial considerations of unused tickets, they graciously extend the courtesy of honoring "Past Dated" tickets.

The courtesy is strictly subject o Box Office discretion and their assessment of the same day ticket availability. When possible, "Past Dated" tickets will be honored on Monday through Thursday night performances and midweek matinees only, regardless of the original performance date and time.

Please take the following steps to enable your use of your "Past Dated" tickets:

1. Please call _________________________________ after 12pm Monday- Thursday on the day you would like to attend. For Wednesday evening performances, please call after 3pm. This is a same-day courtesy and arrangements cannot be made in advance.

2. Ask the customer service representative if "Past Dated" tickets are being honored for that day's performance and let them know the exact number of tickets you have as well as the original date and time.

3. If accommodations can be made for that day's performance, your name will be placed on the "Past Date" list. If you are in possession of your original tickets, please be sure to bring them with you; you cannot be seated without them. If your original tickets were held at the box office Will Call, you will need to provide the original date along with proof of identification.

Please remember that the advance ticket sales will determine how quickly you will be able to use your "Past Dated" tickets. It may be necessary for you to call on more than one occasion before the production is able to accommodate you.

If a production closes before you are able to use your "Past Dated" tickets, the tickets cannot be transferred to another show.

We thank you for your cooperation.
