The tongue-in-cheek Broadway adaptation of Alfred Hitchcock’s The 39 Steps sponsored an equally cheeky onstage competition: a Hitchcock lookalike contest! On September 15, three rotund (and very game) finalists took the stage at the Helen Hayes Theatre for the second annual event, and Steve Solis was declared the winner via audience applause. Afterwards, the hardworking 39 Steps cast and contest finalists enjoyed an exclusive cast party at Tony’s Di Napoli restaurant. A fun evening was had by all!
