Jude Law in Hamlet
Though it didn't quite crack the top five, Jude Law's 'Hamlet' made the biggest jump in grosses.
The economy may be struggling, but Broadway box offices are holding up nicely, thank you! In a month that boasts 10 Broadway openings, the top five grossers remained unchanged from the previous week, with three more shows topping $1 million and another three surging past $900,000. The week's biggest leap came from a play that just missed the frontrunner list: Jude Law's Hamlet, which rose almost $200,000 from the previous week for a total of $904,914.
