Lauren Pritchard strips it down for the soulful new single 'Painkillers.'
Lauren Pritchard made her Broadway debut at age 15 edging it up as Ilse in rock musical Spring Awakening, but it's the smoldering talent's ease with raw R&B and gospel that recently caught our eye (and ear) with the debut of a music video for her new single "Painkillers," a break-up jam off her debut album, Wasted in Jackson. With those smoky vocals (hints of Joss Stone), blunt lyrics and soulful songwriting, it's hard to believe the rising star is just 22 years old.
