When an Edward Albee play opens, it’s an event. No wonder, then, that so many familiar faces turned out at Playwrights Horizons on September 12, when Me, Myself & I made its New York debut in an off-Broadway production starring Elizabeth Ashley and Brian Murray. This existential dark comedy explores a deeply dysfunctional family, but there is plenty of fun to be had along the way. After the opening night performance, the company and guests headed across 42nd Street to West Bank Café to celebrate. Click on for snapshots of Albee, Ashley and more.
