Tony Winner Paulo Szot Shares an Enchanted Evening of Song at Cafe Carlyle

One of our favorite wonderful guys, Paulo Szot, got a starry crowd swooning on September 14 when he made his debut at the swanky Café Carlyle in “An Evening with Paulo Szot.” The celebrated operatic baritone and Tony Award winner for his star turn as Emile de Becque in South Pacific electrified the audience with a mix of tunes from the Great American Songbook (inclusing his encore, "If Ever I Would Leave You") and jazzy selections from his native Brazil.
