Former supermodel Christine Brinkley will strut her stuff as Chicago's newest Roxie beginning April 4. Brinkley, who will star in the production for a limited engagement through June 19, made the big announcement during her February 4 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
Brinkley's acting credits include National Lampoon's Vacation, National Lampoon's Vegas Vacation and episodes of Ugly Betty, Mad About You and her own series Living in the 90s - With Christie Brinkley. She is best known for her frequent appearances on the cover of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit editions and her now defunct marriage to singer-songwriter Billy Joel. Brinkley has modeled for countless magazines and products including Vogue, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, Chanel No. 19, Diet Coke and Revlon makeup.
Chicago currently stars Leigh Zimmerman as Velma Kelly, Colman Domingo as Billy Flynn, Robert Creighton as Amos Hart, LaVon Fisher-Wilson as Mama Morton and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine.
