Weekend Poll Top Three: Counting Down Fans' Favorite Broadway Fathers
Will Swenson & Luke Mannikus in 'Priscilla Queen of the Desert'
'Priscilla' leading man Tick ranks as fans' favorite Broadway father.

As families across the country celebrated Father's Day weekend, Broadway.com asked fans to vote for their favorite Broadway dad. Take a look below to find out who fans ranked as the three top pops.

1. Tick (Will Swenson), Priscilla Queen of the Desert: 25%
In Priscilla, Australian drag queen Tick, joined by his two best pals, sets out on a wild road-trip through the Outback to reconnect with his young son. Nervous as to how his son will react to his eccentric lifestyle, Tick sings the classic '60s tune "I Say a Little Prayer" during the show's first act.

2. Jackie Elliot (Gregory Jbara), Billy Elliot: 17%
Jbara earned a Tony Award in 2009 for playing a stern but loving coal miner and dad to aspiring ballet dancer Billy Elliot. (He can still be seen in the role at Broadway's Imperial Theatre.)

3. Mufasa (Alton Fitzgerald White), The Lion King: 16%
The proud Mufasa reigns over Pride Rock and is eager to see his son, Simba, follow in his footsteps, in spite of the interference of Mufasa's devious brother Scar.
