Maria Callas has returned to Broadway, thanks to Manhattan Theatre Club’s revival of Master Class, starring Tyne Daly. Terrence McNally’s Tony-winning 1995 play presents the diva in all her imperious glory, prodding a trio of young singers to get “a look” and perform with seriousness and smarts. We’ve got your first look at Joan Marcus’ photos of the production, which is set to open on July 7 at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre.
