Tyne Daly has added another great role to a Broadway repertoire that already includes Mama Rose in Gypsy and Cynthia Nixon’s wisecracking mom in Rabbit Hole: opera diva Maria Callas in Terrence McNally's Master Class. A crowd of notables turned out on July 7 to see Daly & co. open the show at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre. After the cheers died down, first-nighters headed to B.B. King’s for a rollicking celebration. Click on to see who made the summertime scene.
