Adam Kantor and Veronica J. Kuehn Move to Avenue Q

Adam Kantor and Veronica J. Kuehn will join the cast of off-Broadway's Avenue Q on July 20 at New World Stages. Kantor will take on the roles of Princeton and Rod, with Kuehn playing Kate Monster and Lucy the Slut.

Kantor made his Broadway debut in the final cast of Rent. He has also appeared in Next to Normal, as well as off-Broadway's Next Thing You Know and Falling For Eve. Kuehn's Broadway credits include Xandau and Mamma Mia! She also appeared in the Xanadu national tour.

Featuring a score by Robert Lopez and Jeff Marx and book by Jeff Whitty, Avenue Q originally opened on Broadway on July 31, 2003. The musical earned three Tony Awards including Best Musical. After 2,534 performances, the musical closed at the Golden Theatre, then transferred to off-Broadway's New World Stages in October 2009.
