Well, there weren’t any real furs on display at opening night of Venus in Fur (it was 60 degrees outside), but there was certainly the heat of anticipation for David Ives’ steamy comedy, which opened at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on November 8.
