Cyndi Lauper and Harvey Fierstein go 'Home for the Hoidays.'
Grammy winner Cyndi Lauper invited a slew of famous pals to the Beacon Theatre on December 4 to appear in her Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays concert. Among the notable guests: Tony winner Harvey Fierstein! Lauper and Fierstein are working together on a Broadway-bound musical adaptation of the 2005 film Kinky Boots, which will feature a score by Lauper and book by Fierstein, with Jerry Mitchell set to choreograph and direct. Take a look as the always entertaining duo help raise funds for Lauper's True Colors Fund, which raises awareness about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered youth homelessness. Congrats on the successful night, Cyndi! We hope to see Boots walk on Broadway soon.
