First Ricky Martin was living la vida loca, now he’s living la viva glam. Currently rehearsing for what he calls “the most beautiful show on Broadway,” the Evita star took a break to stop by Live! With Kelly to talk about his charitable endeavors raising funds for men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS. As the spokespeople for MAC’s 2012 Viva Glam campaign, Martin and reigning rap princess Nicki Minaj chatted with host Kelly Ripa about hawking lipstick with a purpose. “For many years I have been working to fight against human trafficking and unfortunately many kids are being infected with HIV because they are being forced into prostitution,” said a somber Martin. “When I was invited to be apart if this campaign I was like, 'Perfect. Let’s talk about things that matter.'” Click to watch Martin's appearance below, then head to the Marquis Theatre on March 12 when previews begin for Evita.
