See theater history in the making! A revival of the Tennessee Williams classic A Streetcar Named Desire is readying for Broadway, where the iconic roles will be played by actors of color for the first time. Before heading into their first day of rehearsal, the company stepped out to celebrate the show's arrival by chatting with the theater press. Stars Blair Underwood (Stanley), Nicole Ari Parker (Blanche), Daphne Rubin-Vega (Stella) and Wood Harris (Mitch) joined director Emily Mann and more to share their excitement about bringing this watershed play and the colorful world of 1940s New Orleans to life once again.
