Performances have begun for Nick Payne’s If There Is I Haven’t Found It Yet, and we’ve got a first look at stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Annie Funke, Michelle Gomez and Brian F. O’Byrne in the new dark comedy. Directed by Michael Longhurst, the Roundabout Theatre Company production tells the story of Anna (Funke), a 15-year-old girl who is teased at school because of her weight. But when Anna’s Uncle Terry (Gyllenhaal) comes to visit, the two form an unlikely friendship. The production is set to open on September 20 at the Laura Pels Theatre.
