'The Book of Mormon' adds an extra performance to benefit the Actors Fund.

The Book of Mormon will hold a special benefit performance for The Actors Fund on September 13 at 2 PM at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre. Featuring a score and book by Trey Parker, Matt Stone and Robert Lopez, The Book of Mormon follows two mismatched Mormon missionaries as they are sent to Uganda to spread their religion. Upon arrival they learn their training may not have quite prepared them for the many challenges they are about to face. The show earned nine Tony Awards including Best Musical.

The current cast of The Book of Mormon includes Nic Rouleau as Elder Price, Cale Krise as Elder Cunningham and original cast members Nikki M. James as Nabalungi, Rory O’Malley as Elder McKinley and Michael Potts as Mafala Hatimbi.
