Oh, brother! It was a night of political scheming, mob mentality, sibling rivalry and more at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre on September 27, when Henrik Ibsen’s play An Enemy of the People officially opened on Broadway. Stars Boyd Gaines and Richard Thomas faced-off in a classic battle of good versus evil in Rebecca Lenkiewicz’s translation of the political drama. After the premiere, Lenkiewicz, Gaines, Thomas and more from the cast joined director Doug Hughes at the Copacabana to celebrate the opening of this Manhattan Theatre Club production.
