Hot Shot! Smash’s Debra Messing and Christian Borle Get Grilled on Billy on the Street

With nothing but their pop culture knowledge and a pair of game buzzers, Smash stars Debra Messing and Christian Borle are the latest celebs to participate in the red-hot comedy show Funny or Die’s Billy on the Street, which (in case you’ve been living under an Internet rock) involves rapid-fire questions and outrageous insults from funnyman Billy Eichner. In the Smash-centric episode, Messing and Borle are recruited to play “Smash or The Great Gatsby,” wherein the duo must decide whether Billy is reading quotes from the NBC musical dramedy or the F. Scott Fitzgerald novel. Between the three personalities, there’s bound to be plenty of hilarity when the show airs on Fuse on February 15.
