John Guare Celebrates His First Opening Night as an Actor/Playwright in 3 Kinds of Exile

John Guare is one of the American theater’s most important dramatists, and now he has a new credit on his resume: actor! Guare’s latest drama, 3 Kinds of Exile, a trio of short plays centering of real stories of emigres, opened on June 11 at the Atlantic Theater Company with Guare in a cast that includes Martin Moran and David Pittu.
