Seven-time Emmy-winning drama Breaking Bad returns to AMC on August 11 for the second half of its final season. The popular series tells the story of Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher, who after being diagnosed with terminal cancer, begins making and dealing meth. What began as a plan to provide for his family soon snowballed and, now, five seasons later, White has become a homicidal drug kingpin. Bryan Cranston won three consecutive Emmy Awards for his performance as White, and after seeing the hilarious Breaking Bad: The Musical parody this week, we couldn’t help but think about Broadway leading men who possess the power to bring this complicated character to life on stage. We’ve narrowed the list down to our top choices, and now it’s up to you: Which Broadway star should play Walter White in our fantasy Breaking Bad musical? Vote below!
