Mary Bridget Davies & the Cast of A Night with Janis Joplin Party Like Rock Stars on Opening Night

Mary Bridget Davies gave the audience “another little piece of her heart” on October 10, when the new musical A Night with Janis Joplin officially opened on Broadway. Featuring songs from the iconic singer’s catalogue, the tuner stars Davies as the wailing rock icon and features de’Andre Aziza, Nikki Kimbrough, Allison Blackwell and Taprena Michelle Augustine as the blues singers who influenced Joplin throughout her life. After the powerhouse performance, Davies, writer/director Randy Johnson and the cast headed to Planet Hollywood for a bash fit for a rock star.
