About the Show

Welcome, Mr. President! Aaron Mathias will join the cast of off-Broadway’s Jackie and Marilyn, portraying John F. Kennedy. Lorraine Farris will assume the role of former First Lady Jackie Kennedy, taking over for previously announced Rachel Barrer. Barrer has departed the production due to “personal reasons.” Lella Satie will portray Marilyn Monroe.

Jackie and Marilyn explores our fascination with two of the most glamorous and famous women of their time. They have come to represent so much—the divided female psyche, lost love, beauty, fashion, quintessential style, the challenges of marriage and relationships, to name but a few. Jackie and Marilyn is a fictional imagining of what might have gone on behind closed doors of the most famous love triangle of all time—if it ever happened.

Jackie and Marilyn will play April 17 through May 3 at the Lion Theatre at Theatre Row. The play is written by Sheri Graubert and directed by Sanja Bestic.
