About the Show


Gregg Edelman, Brian d'Arcy James and Kerry O'Malley will headline the Melting Pot Theatre Company production of Garth Wingfield's Flight. The play is scheduled to run from May 8 through June 19 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre.

Flight is about the life of aviator Charles Lindbergh. It follows him from his wooing and wedding of Anne Morrow, to his historic Trans-Atlantic flight to Paris, to the tragedy of his son's kidnapping, to his downfall and disgrace during World War II and beyond.

Edelman received Tony nominations for his work in City of Angels, Anna Karenina, 1776 and Into the Woods. James earned a Tony nomination for his work in Sweet Smell of Success and has also appeared on the Great White Way in Blood Brothers, Carousel and Titanic. O'Malley has appeared on Broadway in Cyrano-The Musical, Translations, Annie Get Your Gun and Into the Woods with Edelman.

Flight, directed by Nick Corley, will also feature Adam Heller who is married to O'Malley, Victoria Mack and Rex Young.
