Gone Missing Extends Again at Barrow Street Theatre
Stephen Plunkett in Gone Missing
The off Broadway musical Gone Missing has announced a second extension, through January 6, 2008, at the Barrow Street Theatre. The show, which opened on June 14, marks a successful commercial debut for the off-Broadway troupe The Civilians. Written and directed by Steven Cosson, it includes additional text by Peter Morris and music and lyrics by Michael Friedman.

Gone Missing is crafted from company interviews with real-life New Yorkers about things gone missing: keys, IDs, a Gucci pump or one's mind. A cast of six—Emily Ackerman, Damian Baldet, Jennifer R. Morris, Stephen Plunkett, Robbie Collier Sublett and Colleen Werthmann—portray more than 30 characters in The Civilians' signature storytelling cabaret style.

The show features set design by Takeshi Kata, costume design by Sarah Beers, lighting design by Thomas Dunn and sound design by Ken Travis and is produced by Scott Morfee and Tom Wirtshafter in association with The Civilians.
