D'Amboise to Leave A Chorus Line Before Closing; Goldyn is Final Cassie

Charlotte d'Amboise, who received a Tony Award nomination for playing Cassie in A Chorus Line, will kiss the day goodbye at the revival on August 10. Original cast member Jessica Lee Goldyn, who plays Val, will step up to the leading role for the final week of the run, which is scheduled to end on August 17.

Goldyn made her Broadway debut when she opened as Val in A Chorus Line on October 5, 2006. She previously played both Cassie and Val in regional stagings of the musical. Other credits include the international tour of Fosse, the title role in Sweet Charity and Pippin.

Ensemble member Jenifer Foote will play Val for the final week of the run. The rest of the show's final company includes Nick Adams Larry, Tommy Berklund Greg, Mike Cannon Al, Natalie Cortez Diana, Dena Digiacinto Bebe, Deidre Goodwin Sheila, Bryan Knowlton Paul, James T. Lane Richie, Melissa Lone Maggie, Mario Lopez Zach, J.
