30 Rock star and Tony Award winner Jane Krakowski has been added to the lineup of Barbara Cook’s Spotlight, a forthcoming series of cabaret concerts at the Kennedy Center curated by Cook. Krakowski will perform on October 3 at the Terrace Theater.
Krakowski joins previously announced Spotlight artists Cheyenne Jackson her co-star in the summer 2008 Encores! production of Damn Yankees, October 9, Christine Ebersole November 14, Karen Akers December 12, Sunday in the Park with George co-stars Daniel Evans and Jenna Russell April 30, 2010, and Jessica Molaskey and John Pizzarelli June 4, 2010.
A Tony Award winner for Nine, Krakowski has appeared on Broadway in Once Upon a Mattress, Tartuffe, Company, Grand Hotel and Starlight Express. In addition to her current role as Jenna Maroney in 30 Rock, Krakowski was featured in TV’s Ally McBeal.
