Michael Cerveris made his Broadway debut in 1993 as the title character in The Who’s Tommy. He won a 2004 Tony for his portrayal of John Wilkes Booth in Assassins. His varied New York credits include Road Show, Sweeney Todd, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Hedda Gabler, In the Next Room or The Vibrator Play and King Lear. Cerveris has the recurring role of the Observer in Fox sci-fi series Fringe.
