“It feels like the culmination of a long journey that felt somehow inevitable, in a weird way. We knew we had a special show. A lot of times people say ‘that should be on Broadway’ and it’s not really true. With this, we knew it was true." —Shamos in an opening night interview with Broadway.com, 4/19/12
