Jessie Mueller became the talk of the Great White Way after making her debut in On a Clear Day You Can See Forever. In her native Chicago, the jazzy songstress starred in She Loves Me, Guys and Dolls and Carousel. Mueller will play Cinderella in the Shakespeare in the Park production of Into the Woods beginning July 23.

This is Mueller’s first Tony nomination.
