"I have the greatest affinity for The Other Place and the character of Juliana. I wanted the most amount of people to be able to see it. The whole show is surprising—you think you know where your footing is and then it changes and then it changes again, and you don't know who's feedidng you the right information. And I probably couldn't find a role as juicy as this one." — Metcalf in an interview with Broadway.com, 11/27/12
