Tony Award-winning actor Philip Bosco is set to star as Juror #3 in the upcoming Roundabout Theatre Company production of Reginald Rose's 12 Angry Men. The mounting, directed by Roundabout Associate Artistic Director Scott Ellis, is scheduled to begin performances at the American Airlines Theatre in September 2004, a production spokesperson confirmed to Broadway.com.

Bosco is a Roundabout veteran, having appeared in A Man for All Seasons, David Pownall's Master Class not to be confused with the Terrence McNally play of the same name, Come Back Little Sheba, Misalliance, Hedda Gabler, Don Juan in Hell, Inadmissable Evidence and A Month in the Country for the theater company. His Broadway credits include Twelfth Night, Moon Over Buffalo Tony nomination, The Heiress, An Inspector Calls, Lend Me a Tenor Tony Award, Drama Desk, Outer Critics' Circle awards, The Rape of the Belt Tony nomination, Whose Life Is It Anyway?, Donnybrook, The Devil's Disciple, You Never Can Tell Tony nomination, Heartbreak House Tony nomination, Saint Joan, Man and Superman, The Miser and Major Barbara.

12 Angry Men is a courtroom drama that follows twelve jurors as they deliberate on a seemingly clear-cut murder case. The title is best known because of the 1957 film version of it, which starred Lee Cobb as Juror #3, Henry Fonda as Juror #8 and Ed Begley as Juror #10.
