To create a year end wrap-up unlike any other, Broadway.com enlisted five of the stars of Rent to look back on the year in pop culture—the movies that packed the multiplexes, the TV shows that filled our Tivos, the music that rocked our iPods and, of course, the tabloid talk that kept us glued. In addition, the Broadway.com editorial staff will provide their annual coverage of the year on Broadway, picking the year's top shows and performances.

In a series of video features, Rent cast members Frenchie Davis featured in the show as the “Seasons of Love” soloist, Christopher J. Hanke who plays Mark, Tim Howar Roger, Justin Johnston Angel and Jaime Lee Kirchner Mimi will riff on the highs and lows of the year. In addition, each of the young talents will look back on the Year in Rent by sharing some of the backstage life of the long-running hit show.

The Broadway.com 2006 Year End Wrap-Up launches Friday, December 15 by focusing on the year in movies. The remaining sections will slowly roll out over the remaning weeks of the year.
