Casting is complete for the forthcoming Broadway revival of Peter Shaffer's Equus, which is set to begin previews at the Broadhurst Theatre on September 5 with an opening set for September 25. Starring Richard Griffiths, Daniel Radcliffe and Kate Mulgrew, Equus will play a strictly limited engagement through February 8, directed by Thea Sharrock.

Daniel Radcliffe, the 17-year-old actor best known for playing the title role in the Harry Potter film series, is set to star opposite Richard Griffiths in a revival of Peter Shaffer's 1973 play Equus. The production, directed by Thea Sharrock, is due to arrive at a West End theatre in March 2007, a production spokesperson told Theatre.com.
