Naked Boys Singing! Closes Off-B'way on 1/11
Just a day after producers confirmed that Naked Boys Singing!, the long-running musical revue featuring men in the buff, was entering its last weeks at The Actor's Playhouse, a closing date has been set. The show will end its off-Broadway run on January 11 after 28 previews and 1878 regular performances, according to a production representative.

The eight-member cast is totally nude for about 90% of Naked Boys Singing!. During the show, the boys celebrate their undressed state by singing songs with such titles as: “Gratuitous Nudity” and “Bliss of a Bris.”

This production of Naked Boys Singing!, directed by Robert Schrok and choreographed by Jeffry Denman, opened at The Actor's Playhouse on July 22, 1999.
