Joey Calveri to Star as Rock God Stacee Jaxx in Broadway’s Rock of Ages

Rock of Ages ensemble member Joey Calveri will take over the role of Stacee Jaxx in the headbanging jukebox musical beginning December 17 at the Helen Hayes Theatre. Calveri succeeds Jeremy Woodard, who will depart the production on December 16. Andrew C. Call will join the cast of Rock of Ages on December 17, replacing Calveri as Joey Primo.

Rock of Ages Movie, Starring Tom Cruise and Julianne Hough, Sets DVD Release Date

The film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical Rock of Ages will be released on DVD October 9. Directed by Adam Shankman, the Rock of Ages film stars Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, Alec Baldwin, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti and Diego Boneta.
