Ordering Process

    Choose a show, date and price, then place your order. Shortly thereafter, you’ll receive an automated e-mail confirming that we’ve received your ticket order. Tickets are not yet confirmed at this stage.

    We’ll work with the box office to fill your order, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours. For some shows and dates, it could take a bit longer for the box office to reply.

    We’ll contact you to let you know if the box office has filled your order. If your order has been confirmed, we’ll fax or e-mail an invoice with the payment due date for your tickets. Please make a note of the due date and review your invoice for accuracy as soon as you receive it!

    If the performance is sold out, we’ll present other options for your group.

    Once your tickets are confirmed, you will have the option to add a restaurant or Broadway Classroom® workshop to your order. We can also make hotel recommendations for every type of group and budget.

  5. 5

    Once we have received payment for your order, your tickets will be sent to you via FedEx, held at will call or available for pick up at our office, according to your wishes.
