Here’s to the ladies (and gentlemen and Broadway shows) who lunch! The winners of the 2009 Outer Critics Circle Awards dined together on May 21, gathering in the middle of the day for a special luncheon in their honor at famed restaurant Sardi’s. The top winner of the day was new musical Billy Elliot, which boasted seven awards, including Outstanding New Musical.
