Michael Feinstein & Dame Edna

After 'Oleanna,' Michael Feinstein and Dame Edna are headed to the Golden Theatre.

The upcoming Broadway production of All About Me, an evening of musical entertainment co-starring singer Michael Feinstein and Dame Edna Everage (the comic character created by Barry Humphries) has booked the Golden Theatre, according to The New York Times. The Times also reports earlier dates for previews and opening night than had been previously announced: All About Me will give its first performance on February 19 and open on March 18, 2010, written by Christopher Durang and directed by Jerry Zaks.

The Golden’s current tenant, a revival of David Mamet’s Oleanna, will end its run on January 3. The theater was previously home to the long-running musical Avenue Q.

All About Me will be produced by Jeffrey Richards, Jerry Frankel, Robert G. Bartner and the Ambassador Theater Group. No other members of the creative team have been announced.hmm
