The sultry tones of Ann Hampton Callaway are like the glow of a warm fire reflected in a glass of late night brandy. Ann Hampton Callaway has made her mark as pianist, composer, lyricist, arranger, actress and educator. Her musical compositions have appeared on no fewer than six of Barbra Streisand’s more recent CD’s, and she’s the only composer to have ever collaborated with Cole Porter. Well known for writing the theme song to the hit television show, The Nanny, Ann made her Broadway debut starring in the acclaimed musical, Swing! Her live performances showcase her warmth, spontaneous wit and passionate delivery of standards, jazz classics and originals.
