Real estate is the name of the game in Bruce Norris’ dark comedy Clybourne Park, and Broadway.com got a sneak peek at the space in question as the show’s sets were being loaded into the Walter Kerr Theatre. The Pulitzer-Prize winning play centers on a pair of racially charged transactions involving one house, first in 1959 and then in 2009.
