It's Curtains for Liza Minnelli!
With John Kander on her arm, the great Liza Minnelli took in the composer's latest Broadway musical Curtains at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on Wednesday, September 26. Of course their collaborations together—Cabaret, Liza with a Z and the introduction of that penultimate Big Apple anthem "New York, New York"—are the stuff of showbiz legend. After enjoying the performance, the Tony Award-winning tunesmith escorted his muse Minnelli backstage to congratulate the cast. Happily, we tagged along. Check it out.
