Ambrose, Jennings & Sanders Win Awards from Actors' Equity

Lauren Ambrose and Byron Jennings have been selected to receive Actors' Equity's 2007 Joe A. Callaway Awards for their performances as Juliet and Bastien Andre in Romeo and Juliet and Is He Dead?, respectively. Jay O. Sanders will receive the St. Clair Bayfield Award for his performance as Bottom in the second Shakespeare in the Park offering, A Midsummer Night's Dream. The awards, presented by the Actors' Equity Foundation, will be given out at Equity's Eastern Regional Membership Meeting on January 11, 2008. Each winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize and a plaque.
