Sneak Peek! Say Hello to the Jeromes of Brighton Beach Memoirs

One of the most beloved stage families of the late 20th century is back where they belong, on a Broadway stage, in the eagerly awaited revival of Neil Simon’s Brighton Beach Memoirs. Based on the playwright’s real-life extended family in Depression-era Brooklyn, the Jeromes are being played by a stellar cast including Laurie Metcalf as Kate and newcomer Noah Robbins as wisecracking teen Eugene. Well in advance of the play’s October 25 opening, David Cromer’s production is getting fabulous buzz, and Broadway.com readers can now get a first look at the company in Joan Marcus’ production photos. See Brighton Beach Memoirs at the Nederlander Theatre, with a revival of Simon’s Broadway Bound to follow!
