Fans were a-flutter on February 21 when original Rent cast member Anthony Rapp visited the Barnes & Noble on 6th Avenue in Chelsea to read from his new book, Without You: A Memoir of Love, Loss and The Musical Rent. The actor-turned-author, who originated the role of Rent's camera-happy Mark Cohen in 1996, signed copies of his book as well as copies of the recently released Rent DVD. Finding himself surrounded by Rent-heads, the star was asked to autograph items beyond what was on the table. Indeed, from human arms to iPods, Rapp complied with a smile. Afterall, when you finally become a published writer, there's no day but today! Click on.
