News traveled fast on January 11 that American Idol curmudgeon Simon Cowell announced he would be leaving the popular Fox TV talent show. The Idol judge confirmed that he would exit the show at the end of the season and plans to bring the similar (and similarly popular) U.K. show The X-Factor to the States in 2011. So what does former American Idol contestant and Rock of Ages star Constantine Maroulis think about Cowell’s exit?
