What do Broadway's Grease and off-Broadway's Rock of Ages have in common? Well, besides an exorbitant amount of attention paid to hair (whether greased back or moussed up), both productions boast former American Idol contestants in prominent roles. On November 19, theater fans got a double dose of Idol fun when Grease's Ace Young headed to New World Stages to check out Constantine Maroulis in Rock of Ages, a hard-rockin' story of love and hair bands in 1980s Los Angeles.
