He's seen the lights go out on Broadway--and now he's seen them come back on and reflect off a thousand flecks of body glitter. Billy Joel, song-spinner extraordinaire and the Tony Award winning musical mind behind Movin' Out, rocked out to some familiar tunes on Broadway October 17 at Rock of Ages. The mix-tape musical doesn't include any of Grammy Award winner Joel's works, but that doesn't mean the composer was any less amped to meet the production's rockers face to face following a their signature face-melting performance. Stars Constantine Maroulis, Kerry Bulter and James Carpinello were equally pumped to meet their guest, wasting no time in welcoming him backstage at the Brooks Atkinson Theater.
