About This Gallery

The title refers to the ringed planet, which completes its orbit every 30 years—and playwright Noah Haidle used that scientific fact as inspiration for Saturn Returns his new play about three stages in the life of one man. This time-traveling memory play—with John McMartin, James Rebhorn and Robert Eli sharing the lead role and Rosie Benton doing triple duty as wife, daughter and nurse—opened at Lincoln Center Theater’s Mitzi Newhouse Theatre on November 10. After the show, first-nighters crossed Broadway to celebrate at Lincoln Center watering hole O’Neals’. As always, Broadway.com was there, too!
